Update for phase 6 everything still the same just a few small changes. Without mod authors sharing their creations our modding community wouldnt exist. First update for 2022 small changes to wheels options. Some small mods may take up a lot of RAM, while some much larger mods may use up far, FAR less. I say 'no way to tell/invisible limit' because FILE SIZE is not an exact indicator of RAM USAGE, or doesn't seem to be. and are in highway so console players can get to them faster. Basically, you can only have a certain 'amount' of mods in use at any given moment, in terms of some invisible RAM limit.
